Imagine it's the year 2050.

Prompt Response: In the year 2050 I think that some things will be the same but many things will be different. I like that in the future self-driving cars will be everywhere and car crashes will be on the decline. I think that AI will be in every device and electronics will be similar from today. I think that society will be even more split on ideas and values. I think that the environment will be on the increase because people and society will finally start taking care of the planet they live on. 

Summary: Today in class we answered questions on chapters 26-28 of "A Lesson Before Dying."

Reflection: The questions were straightforward which I liked because it was Friday.

  Prompt Response:  One truth I have had a hard time accepting is that I'm bad at most sports that involve a ball. I'm a swimmer and that's what I do but I still like to think I can play them well. This hit me when I played basketball with some friends and one of their little siblings joined in. When you shop, do you check where products come from?

Prompt Response:  When I shop, I don't look where the product was made. It doesn't matter to me where a product is made as long as the quality of the product is great. I wouldn't pay extra for something made in the United States because if I'm comparing to products I'm only looking at price and quality to make my decision.  Summary: Today in class we read an article and anwserd questions and did a writing prompt on it.  Reflection:  I liked the simple assignment on a Friday because I was really tired.

9/16/24

 Today in class we started to type up our essay that we have been working on for the past week. The topic of my essay was on goals I had this year. I learned that writing an essay is not as hard as it seems at first glance. I like the lesson because I got to see the work I've done starting to come into a finished product. I did struggle a little writing my opening and closing paragraphs but nothing in can't over come. Feeling great today I revised my schedule to fit all I need to do. So I have time for everything I need to do in a day.
